Alode Community women currently on peaceful protest against the destruction of their farm products and clearing Alode farm land without due process or compensation of any kind.
Dr Patience Osaroejiji speaking in an interview alleged that
“The Okirikas are pursuing us from one end and now the government is also destroying our farm land through Rainbow Heritage, Greater Port Harcourt Authorities and other unknown contractors without proper consultation with the Community.”
