The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Brig. Gen. Buba Marwa (Retd), has lost his mother-in-law, Hajiya Zainab Hussain.
Hajiya Hussain, the mother of Hajiya Munira Marwa, wife of Gen. Marwa, passed away in the early hours of Saturday, June 21, 2025, in Abuja at the age of 76.
According to a statement by the family, the funeral prayer (Janazah) will take place today, Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the National Mosque, Abuja, and will be followed immediately by interment at the Gwarinpa Cemetery, Abuja.
The statement added: “We pray that Allah (SWT) forgives her shortcomings, grants her eternal rest, and admits her into Aljannatul Firdaus. Kindly remember the family in your prayers during this moment of grief.”
