— Geneith Health Competition Ignites National Health Movement Backed by Coatal Forte Softgel

In a powerful show of unity and purpose, Nigerian students from universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education have mobilized under the banner of the Geneith Health Competition (GHC)—a groundbreaking national campaign aimed at eradicating malaria through education, advocacy, and grassroots mobilization.
Launched by Prince Cletus Ilobanafor and proudly sponsored by Mr. Emmanuel Umenwa, the initiative is rapidly gaining momentum, with support pouring in from key student leaders and organizations across the country.
Among the prominent voices leading the charge are Comr. Josiah Peter Oche (National President, NAUS), Comr. Oyewumi Festus Ayomide (President, NASPS), and Comr. Edunjobi Samuel Oluwaseun (National President, NANCES). Together, they are urging Nigerian students to treat this campaign as a national call to action against one of the country’s deadliest health challenges.
“Your involvement marks a crucial step toward achieving a malaria-free Nigeria,” said Prince Ilobanafor. “By working together, you’re not just raising awareness—you’re laying the groundwork for lasting public health transformation.”
Echoing this, Mr. Umenwa highlighted the transformative role of young people in driving societal change:
“Youth are the heartbeat of innovation and progress. Their energy, voice, and leadership can make all the difference in the fight against malaria. This battle is for everyone.”
At the core of the initiative is Coatal Forte Softgel, a potent antimalarial medication designed to combat acute and uncomplicated malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum. However, the campaign extends beyond treatment—it aims to empower students with the tools, knowledge, and leadership skills needed to become agents of change in their communities.
Through campus workshops, health walks, interactive sessions, and outreach programs, students are being equipped with strategies to prevent malaria and educate others, turning campuses into hubs of health advocacy and awareness.
